PIMShell Advanced Comments — Test Post

 

This is a post to test viewing or posting comments for any web page directly.

The older verions (<=2010.0506) only support viewing or posting comments for the RSS Feed articles. But the newer versions (>=2010.0615) provide a very important feature — Advanced Comments.
PIMShell Advanced Comments can view or post comments directly for blogs, forums, news, and online feed readers, such as Google Reader.

Advanced Comments may support some other online feed readers, besides Google Reader. If Advanced Comments cannot work for the online feed reader that you wanted, you can click the “Request” button on toolbar.

PIMShell is the first Feed Reader which supports viewing and posting comments directly, so you need not open the original web page any longer. This feature can simplify the reader’s operations, so as to enhance the interaction between the reader and the blog author. And your posted comments will be saved automatically. You can also subscribe to comments. If there are some new comments, PIMShell will fetch them automatically.

  • You can view the comments in “ascending” order or “descending” order.
  • When you view the current page of comments, PIMShell will automatically fetch the adjacent pages of comments, so as to read more smoothly.

  • Your posted comments will be saved automatically.
  • PIMShell whill automatically save the required personal information for the next reuse, such as “name”, “email” and “website”. If you have multiple personal information, you can quickly switch between them.

  • PIMShell can regularly check the comments, and automatically fetch the new ones.

How to install Windows Sidebar on Windows XP?

  1. Before you install Windows Sidebar make sure you have the following applications installed in your xp:
  2. Download Windows Sidebar (sidebar_xp.zip) from PIMShell’s website

  3. Unzip sidebar_xp.zip
  4. Double-click setup.exe to start installing
  5. Finish.
  6. (optional) Download and install PIMShell
    http://www.pimshell.com/pimshell/go.asp?LinkId=4
    PIMShell provides more gadgets that enable you to manage and access your own infomation easily, such as Note, Custom List, Recent Items, Flagged Items, RSS, etc.
