How to install Windows Sidebar on Windows XP?
- Before you install Windows Sidebar make sure you have the following applications installed in your xp:
- Download Windows Sidebar (sidebar_xp.zip) from PIMShell’s website
http://www.pimshell.com/pimshell/go.asp?LinkId=3 - Unzip sidebar_xp.zip
- Double-click setup.exe to start installing
- Finish.
- (optional) Download and install PIMShell
http://www.pimshell.com/pimshell/go.asp?LinkId=4
PIMShell provides more gadgets that enable you to manage and access your own infomation easily, such as Note, Custom List, Recent Items, Flagged Items, RSS, etc.

Good Grief, pilgrims.
Just a few days ago I discovered the PIM shell. And today I discover that it’s among the most least populated terrains on the net! It’s FAQ count appears to far outnumber it’s registered membership.
The prospect of joining a group in the land of single digits – far too aromatically tasty to decline.
You appear to say, “Welcome.”
I definitively assert the same: “Hello, all you fellow shellers!”
Now I register, and you can count on my two cents arriving at a sporadic rate in affirmation of this, a thirteenth Friday on the eve of national Pi Day.
The synchronicity of it all just puddles the excretory secretions of my wrinkly old skin. Hot damn, and slap my skinny thigh with a tiny bony palm.
